What counts as a "custom" project versus Managed GEO?

Do you guarantee the AI-visibility outcome of a redesign or migration?
No. We guarantee delivery of the agreed scope and a re-measurement afterward; no one can guarantee how an AI engine will respond.
Can you work with our existing developer or agency?
Yes. Custom projects are often delivered alongside an existing developer or agency, with Netbase JSC handling the GEO-specific parts of the scope.
How is a custom project priced?
Every project is a custom request: tell us what you need and we send a quote after scoping. There is no flat rate because a small integration and a full platform migration take very different amounts of work.
What if the project scope changes partway through?
We re-scope and re-quote the changed portion rather than silently expanding the original fixed-scope plan.
Can GEO guarantee results?
No. AI answer engines change their output frequently, and no vendor — including Leadee — can guarantee a ranking or a mention. Leadee publishes confidence intervals on every metric so you can see how much a result can vary run to run.
How does Leadee measure AI visibility?
Leadee runs your prompt set against each AI engine on a weekly to daily schedule, depending on plan, through official vendor APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity, Anthropic, DataForSEO) — never by scraping consumer chat interfaces — and reports mention rate, citation rate, average position, share of voice and sentiment with a 95% confidence interval.
