How to read your result

This is the same structured-data signal any retrieval-based answer engine reads before attributing a mention to you — a page with no JSON-LD gives it nothing to match. Start with the "Missing" list, then fix any inconsistent field the consistency check flags.

Limitations

This reads one URL's own structured data only — it does not ask ChatGPT a live question about your brand. That live check ("Does ChatGPT know you?") is a separate, member-only feature using a different engine (see the FAQ); this page never calls OpenAI or any other AI model.

How to fix what it finds

  1. Paste the URL you want to check — usually your homepage.
  2. Read the found/missing entity list and the name/phone/address consistency check.

No — this page only checks your own page's structured data, with no AI model call. A live "does AI know you" check exists on the general Entity Check tool for signed-in members today (currently backed by a different engine); a ChatGPT-specific version of that live check is planned separately and is not part of this tool yet.

Why does entity data matter specifically for ChatGPT?

ChatGPT's search and answer features (OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User) retrieve and read pages at answer time — the same structured Organization/Brand/Product data every retrieval-based engine uses to resolve who a page is about before citing it. No JSON-LD or microdata means less to match against.

Is this the same as the full AI visibility audit?
