Managed GEO

Managed GEO is the done-for-you plan for companies that sell to other businesses but have no marketing team to act on a report: each month, Leadee measures your AI visibility, makes the fixes itself as a pull request to your website or a draft in your CMS, waits for your approval, and re-measures to show whether the fix worked.

How it runs, step by step

    Onboarding — about 1 week, estimate

    We run (or reuse) an AI Visibility Audit, connect to your GitHub repository or WordPress site with draft-only access, and agree who on your side approves changes.

    Monthly measure-fix-remeasure cycle — repeats roughly every 4 weeks, estimate

    We measure your current AI visibility, turn the findings into fix tickets (schema markup, an FAQ answer, a content brief, an llms.txt update), open each as a pull request or CMS draft, then re-measure after you approve and publish.

    Monthly report — 1 business day after each cycle, estimate

    A short written report: what changed, what we fixed, what moved, and what we are proposing for next cycle.

    Quarterly strategy call — 45 minutes, estimate

    A call every quarter to step back from the monthly cycle and look at the bigger picture — new competitors, new buyer questions, whether it is time to consider a Custom project.

What you get

Pull requests or CMS drafts, in your own repository

Every fix lands as a pull request in your GitHub repository, or a draft post/page in your WordPress site — never a direct push to your live site, and always revertible.

What we need from you

  • Draft-only access to your GitHub repository (via the Leadee GitHub App) or your WordPress site (via the Leadee plugin) — Leadee never gets publish rights.
  • One named approver on your side who reviews pull requests or drafts.
  • Your content or brand guidelines, if you have any, so drafts match your voice.
  • The same industry and competitor context as the audit, if you have not run one yet.

Questions

Can Leadee publish changes without us reviewing them first?

No — every fix is a draft or pull request. Leadee never has publish rights on your site, by design, not just by policy.

What platforms do you support for the "Act" step?

GitHub repositories (any static site or framework with a repo) and WordPress today. If your site runs on something else, ask us on the kickoff call — we may still be able to help with a content brief, even without an automated draft channel.

How many fixes do we get per month?

It depends on your plan and what the monthly measurement finds — some months surface more fixable issues than others. We will not invent work to fill a quota.

Can we cancel or pause Managed GEO?

Yes. It is billed monthly with no long-term lock-in; pausing just means the measure-fix-remeasure cycle stops until you restart it.

What happens to pull requests already open if we cancel?

They stay open in your own repository or CMS as normal drafts — you keep anything already proposed, and can merge, edit or close them yourself.

Can GEO guarantee results?

No. AI answer engines change their output frequently, and no vendor — including Leadee — can guarantee a ranking or a mention. Leadee publishes confidence intervals on every metric so you can see how much a result can vary run to run.

How does Leadee measure AI visibility?

Leadee runs your prompt set against each AI engine on a weekly to daily schedule, depending on plan, through official vendor APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity, Anthropic, DataForSEO) — never by scraping consumer chat interfaces — and reports mention rate, citation rate, average position, share of voice and sentiment with a 95% confidence interval.
