How we collect, use and protect personal data across the Leadee website, dashboard and API.
This policy describes how Leadee.ai ("Leadee", "we", "us"), a product of Netbase JSC, collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit leadee.ai, use the Leadee dashboard, or use the Leadee API.
Account information: name, email address and company name when you create a Leadee account.
Brand and prompt data: the brand names, domains, competitor names and prompt text you configure for tracking. This data is used only to run your Visibility Tracker and Audit scans.
Usage data: pages visited, features used and API calls made, collected to operate and improve the product.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider; Leadee does not store full card numbers.
To operate the Visibility Tracker, Audit, Prompt Discovery, Citation Graph and Fix Engine features you configure.
To bill for paid plans and enforce plan limits (prompts, engines, API calls).
To respond to support requests sent to [email protected].
To send product and billing emails. Marketing emails can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Measuring your brand's AI visibility requires sending your configured prompts to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, DataForSEO) through their official APIs. Prompt text and the resulting answers are stored so you can review history and compute confidence intervals over time. We do not sell this data to third parties.
We share data with the AI providers above only as needed to run the prompts you configure, with our payment processor to handle billing, and with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, queue) who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Prompt run history is retained for as long as your plan's reporting window, plus a reasonable buffer for support purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected].
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] to make a request; we will respond within a reasonable time.
Leadee uses optional analytics cookies to understand site usage. Essential site features (login, dashboard) do not depend on them. You can manage analytics cookie consent from the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
