The terms that apply to using the Leadee website, dashboard and API.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Leadee.ai website, dashboard and API (together, the "Service"), operated by Netbase JSC ("Leadee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Leadee is a GEO (generative engine optimization) measurement and fix platform. It runs prompts you configure against third-party AI answer engines through official vendor APIs, reports metrics with published confidence intervals, and provides Fix Engine recommendations. Leadee does not guarantee any ranking, mention, or other outcome in any AI engine's output — AI answer engines are operated by third parties and change their behavior independently of Leadee.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Plan limits (prompts, engines, API/MCP calls) apply as published on the pricing page for your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, to infringe another party's rights, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to exceed your plan's API rate limits through abusive automation.
Running prompts through the Visibility Tracker and Audit features sends data to third-party AI providers' official APIs. Those providers' own terms and acceptable-use policies apply to the content of their responses. Leadee is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party AI providers' output.
Leadee measures and reports on AI visibility; it does not and cannot guarantee a ranking, a mention, a citation, or any particular outcome from any AI engine. Every metric we publish carries a confidence interval precisely because AI engine output varies run to run.
Leadee and its licensors retain all rights to the Service. You retain all rights to the brand, prompt and content data you submit; you grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use section above.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadee's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
